Web Hosting Agreement and Terms of Service

These policies and terms are mandatory for signing up and using the hosting services provided by Hireskill LLC. Please read them carefully before registering. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. Hireskill LLC reserves the right to modify these policies and terms at any time.

We are committed to serving our community and protecting the security and experience of all our clients. To ensure the best possible service, the following rules apply:

Note: Hireskill LLC is not liable for refunds in the event of any account infringement. Refunds for such accounts will not be granted under any circumstances.

Plan and Pricing Policy

Hireskill LLC reserves the right to change package structures, plans, and pricing at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will apply only to new orders. Existing orders will be honored at their previous rate.

Account Setup

Your account will be set up after payment is confirmed by Hireskill LLC and screening procedures are completed. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information for verification. Failure to do so may result in a delay in account creation.

Late / Non-Payment Policy

  • Re-activation of canceled accounts will incur an administrative fee of $25.

  • If your account is overdue by 7 days, technical support will be suspended.

  • If your account is overdue by 14 days, your site and services will be suspended.

  • If overdue by 30 days, your data and site will be permanently deleted.

  • In cases of credit card chargebacks or reversed transactions, accounts will be terminated and all data, emails, and files deleted.

Clients are responsible for keeping their contact, billing, and address information up-to-date. We are not liable for any action resulting from your failure to update your information.

Spam Policy

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM:

  • First violation: $25 administrative fee + account termination.

  • Second violation: $60 administrative fee + immediate account termination.

Spamming is strictly prohibited. Resellers are responsible for the activities of their clients and are advised to implement similar policies. Mass mailing is not allowed from shared servers. If you need to send bulk emails, use a dedicated third-party service or your own server.

Prohibited Use of Services and Products

Services must be used in accordance with Hireskill LLC’s purpose and policies. If you are unsure about any usage, contact us for clarification.

Prohibited uses include:

  • Illegal activities

  • Content promoting harm or violence

  • Copyright or trademark violations

  • Gathering personal data without consent

  • Hosting pornographic or adult content

  • Hosting sites that promote or link to illicit activities

System and Network Abuse

Any attempt to compromise network or server security is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action. This includes:

  • Introducing viruses, worms, or malicious software

  • Unauthorized access or "hacking" attempts

  • Network monitoring or sniffing

  • Running disruptive scripts or commands

  • Modifying or tampering with log files or bandwidth tracking

  • Engaging in activities deemed unacceptable by Hireskill LLC

Prohibited Scripts and Programs

All scripts must meet these conditions:

  • Execution time must not exceed a few seconds

  • Must not consume excessive system resources (CPU, RAM)

  • Use of resource-intensive scripts (e.g., Java chatrooms, Perl bots) is banned

Prohibited scripts include but are not limited to:

  • UltimateBBS, Ikonboard

  • FormMail, CgiEmail

  • Eggdrops, IRC Bots/Clients/Servers

  • Network Security Tools, Proxy Servers

  • Game Servers, Anonymizers

  • SOAP Mailers, Portscanning CGI

  • Pyramid/Ponzi Schemes

  • Shell, SSH, or Telnet Scripts

  • Scripts using large flatfile databases

Data Loss & Backup Policy

Use of our services is at your own risk. Hireskill LLC is not responsible for any data loss. While we take weekly backups for restoration purposes, clients must maintain their own backups via the Backup Manager in the control panel.

CGI Scripts & Mailing Lists

  • Sharing CGI scripts with non-hosted domains is not allowed.

  • Scripts affecting server performance will be disabled without notice.

  • Mailing list hosting is strictly prohibited.

  • Sites promoting pornography, sexual content, or links to such material are banned.
